Biography:
I specialize in treating mental health and relationship disorders that affect the lives of individuals, couples, children, parents, and families. My approach views healthy human relationships as a critical part of maintaining an optimal level of emotional and psychological wellbeing. I work from a model of treatment that focuses on repairing broken ties and ultimately expanding and strengthening our deepest and most intimate emotional attachments with others. It is my view, that working at this level can significantly impact a variety of mental health concerns of which many individuals suffer, such as:
Depression Anxiety Stress ADD/HD Eating Disorders Infertility Self Esteem Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder and much more...
As a therapist I am devoted to a collaborative approach that explores solutions based on the unique strengths and associations that characterize the diverse nature of today's individuals, parents, couples and families.
