I am a Senior level Lawlis trained therapist in Dr Phil's approachs by Dr. Frank Lawlis - through the Lawlis Life Strategist Network. I have been trained specifically in Self Matters, Life Strategies, Relationship Rescue, Family First, Love Smart, and the Ultimate Weight Solution. I received my Bachelors in Psychology, I am currently finishing my Masters in Human Systems and Psychology. I am a Certified Master Health Practitioner in NLP, trained and worked three years with Dr. Weiss at the Oregon Marital Studies
Program in Eugene, Oregon. I am certified in the work of Bert Hellinger, Family Constellations. I have been seeing clients for over 9 years and take great joy in working with individuals, couples and families.

We will work together to create strategies for you that are solution focused and positive.

I believe in being myself and authentic. With that in mind, you should know a bit about me. I am a divorced mother of 1 girl, 3 dogs and 2 cats. I have a brand new 6 week old grandson. I live in the great Northwest in Portland, Oregon. I love to fish, visit with family and friends, sew, garden and take drives to nowhere.

I worked in Corporate America for a Major retailer for 14 years while raising my daughter.
10 years ago my sister, Tori Hudson, N.D., and I opened up a clinic called A Woman's Time. Since then I have been working for myself and seeing clients. It's an integrative health clinic with Naturopaths, Acupuncturists, Massage Therapist and myself as the counselor.

I am practicing all of the Life Laws and strategies myself. It has helped me to improve my relationships with my daughter, my family, but most of all myself.
I gained a huge amount of weight in the last 9 years and am now seeing clients for the Ultimate Weight Solution and am on the program myself. To date I have lost 90lbs. I teach 3 classes and 2 support classes a week using the Ulimate Weight Solution as our guide. It's working for me and I can help you.
