Using E-mmediate Care
If you are in need of immediate support or if you need a therapist at any time of day, any day of the week, then E-mmediate Care is able to serve you.
To Access E-mmediate Care from the Home Page:
If you are already a member:
Click on the
Live Help Now button at the top of the Home Page.
Enter your
username and password in the Member Login section.
The Start E-mmediate Care will appear.
Click on e-mmediate
Care.
This will take you to the Waiting Room where you will be connected to an E-mmediate Care therapist within 15 minutes.
If you are not a member:
Go to the Sign Up Here section of the site at the bottom left corner of the Home Page and click on Client.
On the Set Up an Account page, follow the instructions to complete the Client Application.
Once you have completed the Client Application, you will be taken to your Client Home Page.
Click on the E-mmediate Care button at the top of the page.
The Start E-mmediate Care page will appear. Click on the e-mmediate Care button. This will take you to the Waiting Room where you will be connected to an E-mmediate Care therapist within 15 minutes.
